Protein cookies with No Guilt chocolate

Ingredients :

  • 2/3 of cup coconut flour
  • 1/3 of cup ground hazelnuts
  • 35 g of whey protein
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ a teaspoon of baking powder
  • 2 rows of chopped Dark No Guilt chocolate
  • For sweetness add Stevia if you wish


Preparation :

Beat the eggs, mix coconut flour, whey protein and baking powder, add it to the eggs, after add milk gradually, in the given mixture add ground hazelnuts and chopped chocolate, mix it gently.

From this mass, you get 12 to 15 cookies (depending on the size you form) form it with your palm. Bake at 170 ˚C for 10 minutes.

Nutrition value: 1 piece 74 kcal, 2,7 g carbs, 6,3 g protein, 3,5 g fat, 3,9g dietary fibres.
