Chocolate cake with sour cherries
- 5 eggs
- 10 dkg Kandit Dessert Chef cooking chocolate
- 20 dkg sugar
- 20 dkg butter
- 4 tablespoons o plain flour
- 1 baking powder
- 1 sour cherries compote
Ingredients for cream :
- 20 dkg Kandit Dessert Chef cooking chocolate
- 400 ml of sweet cream
Beat egg yolk and sugar, add pre-beaten butter, mix melted chocolate, flour and baking powder. At the end slowly stir the beaten egg whites.
Pour the mixture into the mould and add cherries.
Bake at 180° C, 35-40 minutes. Baked biscuit soak with cherries juice and leave it to cool.
Heat the sweet cream (do not bring it to boil) and pour over the chocolate. Stir it well. Pour over cold biscuit. Leave by night in the fridge.
