Chocolate Crinkles

Ingredients :

  • 25 dag of chocolate
  • 10 dag butter
  • 10 dag of sugar
  • 30 dag of flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 2  spoons of Kandit Dessert Chef powdered cocoa
  • 1 baking powder
  • pinch of salt


Melt chocolate on steam and add butter. Beat eggs and sugar, and add it to the chocolate and butter mixture. Gradually add all other ingredients. Mix everything well and cool it down in the freezer for half an hour. Once cooled shape it into small balls, roll them into cristal and then icing sugar.  Put them into the baking mould on to a baking paper.  Bake around 15 minutes at 180 °C.
