- 4 egg yolks
- 20 dkg Kandit Dessert Chef cooking chocolate
- 10 dkg brown sugar
- 2 dcl sweet cream
- 3 dcl milk
- 1 vanillin sugar
Mix milk and sweet cream, and bring to boil. Add Kandit Dessert Chef cooking chocolate and stir until the chocolate is melted and combined well into the mixture. Beat egg yolks and vanilla sugar. Add hot chocolate into the yolk mixture, stir well and slowly cook on the low heat.
Cooled down sundae leave in the freezer by night.
