Chocolate tart


Shortcrust pastry:
  • 200 g of flour
  • 50 g of Kandit Dessert Chef powder cocoa
  • 1 vanilla sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 125 g of softened butter


  • 500 ml of whipped cream
  • 200 g of Kandit Dessert Chef cooking chocolate


Mix flour, cocoa, vanilla sugar, sugar, egg and butter and knead the pastry.

Leave it to rest and cool down an hour in a freezer.

Roll the pastry and put in a tart mould. Bake at 180 °C for 20min until golden brown.

Meanwhile, heat the whipped cream but do not boil it.  Add cooking chocolate and stir till chocolate melts down.

Pour it over cold tart crust. Leave to cool down.


Decorate by a wish.
