Ingredients :
Shortcrust pastry :
- 250 g of flour
- 1 vanilla sugar
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 egg
- 125 g of soften butter
- grated lemon crust
Filling:
- 1 l of milk
- 3 vanilla puddings
- 9 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 milleram
Glaze:
- 100 g of Kandit Dessert Chef white cooking chocolate
- 100 g of butter
Mix flour, cocoa, vanilla sugar, sugar, egg and butter and knead the pastry.
Leave it to rest and cool down an hour in a freezer.
Roll the pastry and put in a tart mould. Bake at 180 °C for 20min until golden brown. From the mass, you can get 10 tarts
Mix pudding with some milk. The rest of milk bring to boil, once boiling add in the pudding. When cooked add in the milleram. Leave it to cool down.
Melt butter and white chocolate. Each tart fill with the filling and then glaze with the chocolate.
Decorate with seasonal fruit.
