• 4 eggs
  • 4 dcl of sugar
  • 1,5 dcl of oil
  • 6 tablespoons of plain flour
  • 1 baking powder
  • ½ dcl of milk

Beat 4 eggs and 4 dcl of sugar, ad oil, milk, flour and baking powder. Mix it well and leave it cool down and rest for 2 hours. Knead it with flour, to get firm but gentle mass so that you are able to model the balls.  Bake them on a piece of baking paper for 10 minutes, preheat the oven to 200 °C and then change to 180°C. Once bake hollow them.

Filling :

  • crushed leftovers of biscuit
  • 2 tablespoons of jam
  • fist of ground walnuts
  • 10 dkg of melted Kandit Dessert Chef cooking chocolate
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 2 tablespoons of rum
  • ½ dcl of milk

Mix all ingredients together.  Add some more milk or jam depending on the consistency, and fill the hollow biscuits. Bring two hollow filled biscuit together to form a peach.


  • 2 dcl of water
  • ½  bottle of strawberry, raspberry and cherry extract

Dip them into water and extract mixture and roll.
